 EPI is a full-time single inspector company. Home Inspections is our career, not a sideline or something to keep us busy during "semi-retirement" etc.
I graduated with a bachelor's degree in construction in 1987. While attending graduate school for a master's degree in business, I worked for a BuildingComponent Manufacturer(roof and floor trusses, and wall panels, etc.) and as a Quality Control Inspector for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
 After graduation from business school in 1989, I began working for a mid-sized home building company. I started as an Estimator, then progressed through Purchasing, Scheduling, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Operations Manager, and on...
 Through the years, I worked for several other home building companies, as well as building for my self. These experiences included full production and warranty responsibilities for companies with annual volumes of over 1,000 homes built. During recent years with EPI, I have inspected hundreds of homes ranging from 1,000 SF to more than 10,000 SF, and from new construction to homes built in the 1920's. I am confident in saying that I have either made, repaired, or seen almost every typical defect that can be found in the building and maintenance of a home! With this experience, I know what to look for when I inspect your home!
