This is the typical comprehensive home inspection; it includes a review of all systems and components that go into a home such as:

Structural Components

Exterior

Roofing

Plumbing Electrical

Heating and Air Conditioning

Interiors

Insulation and Ventilation

Built-In Kitchen Appliances

We inspect all readily accessible and readily visible areas of the home, from the attic to the back side of the crawlspace, and open/close every window and door, operate every fixture, appliance, device, equipment and probe any materials suspected of deterioration etc.  (some exclusions apply) and report if anything does not function as intended.

We do not inspect exterior items such as detached buildings, pools, hot tubs, etc. unless specifically requested.

Our inspections comply with all requirements of both North and South Carolina Licensing Board Standards of Practice ; however, we do not stop there.  We go well beyond these required minimum standards.
