Sell your home faster and for more money by advertising our expanded Seller's Inspection!

Buyer's Market, Seller's Market, Hot Market, Slow Market doesn't matter. Most homes are sold with real-estate agents than without.  Agents love to show homes that they know are in good condition and ready to close.  If a client only has a limited amount of time to find a home, and agents have a long list of houses that meet the client's qualifications, which homes do they pick to show?  Our Seller's Inspection Program can get you on the short list!  The typical process of the real-estate transaction includes an offer to purchase, acceptance of the offer, a home inspection, and then unexpected costs of repairs or sales price concessions due to the findings in the home inspection.  However, if you use our seller's inspection program, you will not only be able to address needed repairs ahead of time, but maybe more importantly, disclose those defects that you do not intend to repair.  This allows you to be prepared for potential objections and reduces the need for sales price concessions for unknown defects. 

The Seller's Inspection Program includes not only the original home inspection, but also a follow up inspection to document all repairs, and a marketing program that helps your agent get your house shown!  During the initial home inspection, we generate a much expanded report that includes full color digital pictures and inspection comments of most of the inspected systems and components - even those that were performing as intended and have no known defects.  This provides information to prospective buyers that proves to them that a thorough honest home inspection has been performed on the home.  For this reason, as much as 85% of pre-inspected homes are not re-inspected by the buyer!  Then a re-inspection is performed after all repairs have been made; again photos are taken documenting the repairs.  At this point a bound full color high quality report is provided to you for distribution to prospective buyers.
